The GLTTC, together with our fiscal sponsor, Seattle Parks Foundation (SPF), applied for a “service contract” in September that would allow for a reduced rental cost on weekends. Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) responded on November 27 with a draft contract offering Saturday play from 5 pm to 9 pm.
